Overview

Overview

Answer is a concept app designed with the purpose of rewarding users for answering surveys made by companies OR other users.

The reward is set by the creator and Answer keeps a percentage of each rewarded person, although the percentage is substracted from the creator and NOT the one who answered.

The problem.

The problem.

People often don't take their time to answer surveys. This often leads to poor insight on a product in particular, since having low amounts of feedback may impact negatively on the product due to only making changes based on a very small amount of people.

The solution.

The solution.

Rewarding economically people for it so they get an incentive from it, drastically increasing the amount of feedback.

I divided the work in 4 phases; defining the problem, the design sprint, the wireframe & prototype, and the UI design.

Our users.

Our users.

Here's an example of our ideal user persona, Nina. She's a 24 y/o student in college looking to get another income while doing college. This is one of the archetypes that I've come up with.

User flow.

This shows a path of where the user is going to navigate. If he's new, most likely he'll get greeted with a quick onboarding and register, otherwise, just a login.

Onboarding.

Onboarding.

If this is the first time that you install Answer you will be greeted with three screens that will real shortly explain how the app works. Once registered or logged, you will start on Home and begin to search and answer surveys.

Answering a survey.

Answering a survey.

Once you choose a survey, you can begin to answer the questions. If you’ve finished, you can proceed to send the survey and get rewarded. It’s important to notice that the answers can be verified by the company and even Answer itself which can lead to getting unrewarded if you didn’t answer properly.

Including the wireframes, we have up to 50 screens of the whole app with the different screens you can navigate.
